the centre of the polygon. Then the resultant is

12 vectors at 30° can make resultant

\vec{0}

due to circular symmetry

vector sum of 11vector + 12vector = 0

{ \sf{R +  \vec{p}}} = 0 \\ { \sf{R =  -  \vec{p}}}

Hence resultant vector will be opposite direction of R

{ \sf{ - R =  - ( - \vec{p})}} \\ \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:    =  \vec{p}

so, option a is your answer
