If they are vinegar crystals mixed with sand than you can just

add water. the vinegar will dissolve and the sand will be left down

the bottom. Pour the vinegar and water mix into another

container.

Make sure you only add a little bit of water. Heat up the water

and wait for all the water to evaporate. You then should be left

with vinegar crystals
