Let us consider the first integer as x.

Since these integers are consecutive 

we can write the second integer as x +1

We can write the third integer as x + 2.

Since these 3 integers add up to 60 

We can write out linear equation in one variable as 

x + x + 1 +x + 2 = 60.


Solving this equation gives

3x + 3 =60 

x +1 = 20 

x=19.


Hence the three consecutive numbers are 19 , 20 , 21.
