We know that,

Adjacent angles of paralellogram are suplementry

So,

10y - 9 + 8y + 45 = 180

=> 18y + 36 = 180

=> 18 y = 144

=> y = 8

First angle = 71°

Second angle = 109°

Third angle = 71°

Fourth angle = 109°

adjacent angles=180degree(property of parallelogram)
so,
10y-9+8y+45=180
18y+36=180
18y=180-36
18y=144
y=144/18
=8
so angles after putting values of y=71 and 109
so angles =71,71,109,109(opposite angles are equal)
