If u are given a piece of land for cultivation what will u do before sowing the seed?

i will first plough the land then the soil will bcome ready for sowing the seeds..

before sowing the seeds ,the soil should be checked and proper climatic to plant the seed.and after that we should select the seeds that are highly yield.and plough the land and apply fertilizers to get high yield.
