if water is formed by oxygen and water then why human being die when inside the water

because inside the water the hydrogen is more and the oxygen is just 1 percent and the hydrogen is 18 grams per pole.so the human body can't bear that much of hydrogen so the human dies

The oxygen present in water is in dissolved form not in gaseous form.It is useless to humans as we can't take in oxygen in dissolved form.
