Hey Mate,

Here Is Your Answer

_____________________________

No,The fish Not Survive.Boiling water will kill parasites and bacteria but actually make toxic chemicals (such as hard metals, chloramine and other contaminants) worse because they do not evaporate and become more concentrated. (Same amount of chemicals in a smaller volume of water)
Does that make sense?
If you have toxins in your water (and if it is municipal tap water it will as municipalities have to add chlorine or chloramine --highly poisonous to fish--to disinfect it to make it okay for human consumption) the only way to make it safe for fish is to add a good quality dechlorinator/water conditioner that treats chlorine, chloramine and heavy metals such as Sechem's Prime.

No. Because the water now contain less amount of mineral which is essentiall for fish.
