so x square + 1/ x square -2 = 9

so x square + 1/ square will be 9+2 = 11

x power 4 + 1/ x power 4 will be x square + 1/ x square whole square

so by squaring on both sides we get x square whole square + 1/ x square whole square =11 whole square

so x power 4 + 1/ x power +2 = 121

x power 4 + 1/ x power 4 will be 121-2=119
