Hey friend,

Here is the answer : -

Given,
x^2+5x+1 = 0

To find,
x+(1/x)

Solution,

x^2+5x+1 = 0

Now we will divide x by all three terms,
(x^2/x)+(5x/x)+(1/x) = 0
x + 5 + (1/x) = 0
x + (1/x) = 0-5
x + (1/x) = -5

Hope it helps!
