(x-2) : (x+2) : : (2x+1) : (2x+19)

(x-2) / (x+2) = (2x+1) / (2x+19)

(x-2) * (2x+19) = (x+2) * (2x+1)

(2x^2+19x-4x-38) = (2x^2+x+4x+2)

(2x^2+19x-4x-38) - (2x^2+x+4x+2) = 0

2x^2+19x-4x-38-2x^2-x-4x-2 = 0

19x-4x-38-x-4x-2 = 0

10x-40 = 0

10x = 40

x = 40/10

x = 4 ans.
