 {x}^{3}  - 8 {x}^{2}  + 9x + 18

So,

(x - 6) will be one of the factor of the given polynomial.

Now,

we can calculate other two

factors of the polynomial by dividing this factor by given polynomial.

After division it gives a quadratic equation and we can easily find the value of zeros by solving the quadratic equation.
