(x - 1/x)² = x² + 1/x² - 2 = 27 - 2 = 25
⇒ (x - 1/x) = √25 = 5........(1)
3x³ + 5x - 3/x³ - 5/x = 3x³ - 3/x + 5x - 5/x
⇒ 3(x³ - /x³) + 5(x - 1/x) = 3(x - 1/x) (x² + 1/x² + 1) + 5(x - 1/x)
⇒ (x - 1/x) [ {3(x² + 1/x²) + 1} + 5] = 5 [ {3 (27) +1 } + 5 ]
