if y= x-2 then find value of x and y when x+y = 180°

y = x-2 [given]

To find :- value of x and y

Solution :- x + y = 180°

=> x + x - 2 = 180° [y = x-2, given]

=> 2x - 2 = 180°

=> 2x = 180° + 2

=> 2x = 182°

=> x = 182/2

=> x = 91°

y = x-2
=> y = 91° - 2
=> y = 89°
