Assumption - 1 : Three doctors said that Robert was their brother.

The three doctors were speaking the truth that they have a brother named brother. There is a possibility that Robert is a brother of the three doctors.

Assumption - 2 : Robert said he had no brothers.

Robert is also speaking truth because, there is a possibility that he has no brothers but he may have sisters.

Hence, no one is lying.
