• the story hearts and hand refer to the struggle of the soldier fighting against foreign country. Here it is shown that the soldier dies at the end of the story.
• However the alternate ending of the story would be that the soldier fight hard to make his own country independent and at the end of the day he returns to his homeland and meets his little child and his wife who is waiting at their doorstep to meet the soldier for around a couple of years
