this question is very simple
i'll give you a trick for the mid term spliting...
multiply coefficient of x^2 and constant and them factorize it like in this case
you'll get 36 and split it in a way it would give youi the middle term like in this case split it as 6a+6a and then simply take the common and move ahead..
