If life is a cycle then according to me the period between dying and rebirth is a break.

It is believed in many religions and it is also evident that humans die and are born again until they attain moksha.

So life is a continual process people are born and they die and again they are born. So in my perspective, a break here could be considered something that occurs after death, that unknown period between rebirth and death.
