KE =  \frac{1}{2} m {v}^{2}

 =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 15 \times  {4}^{2}

 =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 15 \times 16

 = 15 \times 8

 = 120 \: joules

v=4mpersecond

kinetic energy =1/2mv²

=1/2*15*16
