Given :-
- A parallelogram has a base of 12 cm and an area of 192 cm²
To find :-
- Height of Parallelogram
Solution :-
- Area of Parallelogram = 192cm²
- Base of Parallelogram = 12cm
As we know that
Area of Parallelogram = b × h
- Where " b " is base and " h " is height of parallelogram.
According to the question
→ Area of Parallelogram = 192
- b = 12cm
→ b × h = 192
Substitute the value of base
→ 12 × h = 192
→ h = 192/12
→ h = 16cm
Therefore, height of Parallelogram is 16cm
Verification :-
Area of Parallelogram
→ base × height
Put the value of base and height
→ 12 × 16
→ 192 cm²
- Hence, verified
