Clearly, since image is of same size at 40cm. (atleast that's what i understood from the question's structure), 2F = 40

=> F = 20 cm

When object is kept at 30 cm, it is between C and F of the mirror. So image will be formed 'beyond C'.

(ii) Image is magnified

(iii) Image is real.
