If ever I come across a little, hungry puppy, I would not just ignore it. I would pull over, dismount my vehicle and go to it. I will stroke its head and look around for a shop to buy that the puppy can eat or drink easily. The most easily available food for dog is milk; so I will buy milk and container for it and pour the milk into the container. The hungry puppy will lap up the entire milk from the container. After feeding it, I would take him to a vet and have it treated for rashes. After it I would leave it at the place where I had found it.
