2008 :

A=20 000
B=25 000

2009:
A: 20 000-20 000*5/100=20 000-1000=19 000 the price of car A
B : 25 000-10*25 000/100= 25 000-2500=22 500 the price of car B

2010:
A: 19 000-19 000*5/100=19 000-950=18 050 the price of car A
B: 22 500-22 500*10/100=22 500-2250 = 20 250 the price of car B

2011
A: 18 050 - 5*18 050/100=18 050-902.5=17 147.5 the price of car A
B: 20 250-10*20250/100=20 250-2025=18 225 The price of car B

2012
A: 17 147.5 - 5*17147.5/100=17 147.5-857.375=16 290.125 the price of car A
B: 18 225-18 225*10/100=18 225-1822.5 = 16 402.5 The price of car B

2013
A:16 290.125 -5*16 290.125/100= 16 290.125-814.50625=15 475.61875
B: 16 402.5-10*16 402.5/100= 16 402.5-1640.25 = 14 762.25

SO the year is 2013
