Let Ra and Rb be the reactions at support A & B.
Applying equation of equilibrium, ∑M = 0
taking moment about point B,
Rax6 ± 30 = 0
⇒ Ra = ± 30/6 = ± 5N
∴ Ra = -5N ( if moment 30KN.m applied is clock-wise)
or
Ra = +5KN.m ( if moment 30KN.m applied is anti-clockwise)
