we know that the electric field produced is equal to potential or

E = -(dV/dr)

now as V is constant throughout, which a value of 5V in a given volume of space, the differential of V with respect to to space would be

dV/dr = 0

V is constant for any value of r is the given region.

so, we have electric field as

E = 0

thus, the electric field in the 0.1 cm3 of the space would be zero.
