In a democracy not one is permanent winner or loses ? why we say that

Democracy is basically a form of government in which people choose their own representatives. Nd by doing this they keep a check on their representatives so that if they don't work properly then next time they would be easily thrown away . so their is nothing like being permanent it's abt if u work 4 ppl u would get another chance
