  • Answer: For the tank,      H=5m     R=1m For the park,   l=25m  b=20m   h=?(assuming that water is not absorbed by soil) Volume of water in the tank = Volume of water used for irrigation     πR^2H=lbh 22/7(1)(1)(5)=25(20)h 22/7(5)=500h 22/7(5)(1/500)=h h=22/7(1/100) h=3.14/100meters h=3.14/100(100cm)       (1m=100cm) h=3.14cm Therefore the height of standing water is 3.14cm
