Let the total no. Of books = X

Thus,

Marathi books = 50/100 × X = 0.5X

English books = 1/3 × 0.5X= 0.5X/ 3

Math books = 25/100 × 0.5X/3= 12.5X/300

Thus , remaining books =

X - ( 0.5X + 0.5X/3 + 12.5 X/300)

X- ( 150X + 50X + 12.5X/300)

300X - 212.5X / 300

87.5X /300

Thus,

87.5X /300 = 560

X= 560× 300/ 87.5 = 1920 books
