Hypotenuse is the sum of base and perpendicular of a right angled triangle ∆.

h² = p² + b²

For example :

\large \red ❃ h² = p² + b²

⟹ 13² = 12² + 5²

⟹ 169 = 144 + 25

 \purple\therefore 169 = 169
