Solution :
In this Question, It is given that In a right angled Triangle right angled at B if AB = 5cm and AC= 13cm.
✒ To Find : Value of BC = ?
✒ Given :
→ Perpendicular Side of right Angled triangle = 5 cm
→ Hypotenuse Side of right Angled Triangle = 13 cm
{Kindly See the Picture which have given Above!}
From Pythagorean theorem,
H² = P² + B²
→ (13)² = B² + 5²
→ 169 = N² + 25
→ 169 - 25 = B²
→ B² = 144
→ B =√144
→ Base = 12 cm
Hence, Value of BC is 12 cm
✒ Note : BC represent as Base side of Right Angled Triangle.
