let hypotenuse = h

one side = a

other side = b

according to pythagoras theorem ,

h^2= a^2 + b^2

h^2 - a^2 = b^2

as it is given that

h^2 - a^2 =225

we get ,

b^2 = 225

b=√225 = 15
