In a triangle ABC, D is a mid-point of BC; AD is produced upto E so that DE = AD.
Prove that triangle ABD and triangle ECD are congruent

AD=DE(given)
BD=DC(midpoint)
angleADB=angleCDE(vertically opposite angles)
therefore triangle ABD is congruent to triangle ECD(S.A.S)
