Let digit at tens place be x.

Digit at ones place be 3x + 2

So number is 10x + 3x + 2 = 13x + 2

according to statement

sum of digits = 6

x + 3x + 2 = 6

4x = 4

x = 1

So number formed = 13 + 2 = 15
