In ABC,E and F are mid points of sides AB and AC respectively then prove that (1)EF//BC and (2)EF=1/2BC

Sol-- In ∆ ABC

E is the mid point of AB

F is the mid point of AC

Therefore , EF//BC

and EF = 1/2 BC ( by mid point theorem)
