This will happen only if phase difference between current and voltage be $$\dfrac { \pi  }{ 2 }. $$Phase difference be $$\dfrac { \pi  }{ 2 }$$ in case of pure inductance,pure capacitance or a combination of capacitor and inductor.So A,B & D is correct answer.
