Question

in an electric circuit a battery and a bulb have been connected and the battery consists of two cells of equal potential difference if the bulb is not glowing then which taste you perform in order to find out reason for the bulb not glowing?

see if the battery are not connected opposite to each other if they are that is why not EMF = 0 connected on them again with same side to get the bulb glowing
