The tilt of the Earth means the Earth will lean towards the Sun (Summer) or lean away from the Sun (Winter) 6 months later. In cold countries the degree drops with the tilt of axis.

in cold counties the atmoshphere is very cold though it feels very cold over there cause of the rotation and reveloution and the tilted earth.
