In evolutionary terms, can we say which among bacteria, spiders, fish and chimpanzees have a 'better' body desgin? why or why not?

We can only judge the more complex body design in this case which is that of chimpanzee. A better body design is one which gives a better survival edge to the organism in its environment over others. But all the four organisms have a good body design that suits their environment and helps in their survival.
