 In fig. 3, PQ and PR are tangents to the circle with centre O and S is a point on the circle such that ∠SQL = 50°  and ∠SRM = 60° . Find ∠QSR.

Anyways, here's your answer:
Here, ∠OSQ = ∠OQS
                     = 90° - 50° 
                     = 40°

And, ∠RSQ = ∠SRO
                    = 90° - 60°
                    = 30° .

∴ ∠QSR = 40° + 30°
              = 70°.
