circle is a Rhombus .
ABCD is a parallelogram circumscribing
a circle with center T .
AE = 4.5 ,
EB = 5.5 ( Given )
Therefore , ABCD is a Rhombus .
AB = BC = CD = DA
AD = AB
= AE + EB
= 4.5 + 5.5
= 10
