See,this is a point with a lot of contradictions. Some say ''he is better'',''he is bad'',''he is best''. So,lets not take into consideration what people say instead lets figure this out statistically . According to many analysts , Indira Gandhi,the only woman PM of India  was the best . This is because she was a furious freedom fighter in her early life and her family was involved in the struggle. She stayed Indian PM for 15 years when she was assassinated by her own bodyguards due to political matters.She really worked for the poor and was the PM of India during the 1971 Pakistan War.
