we know that he base angles of an issoceles triangle is same because of its same two sides.
now, in this triangle (let be the triangle is ABC)
now angle (A+B+C)=180
128+angle A=180
angle A=52

in isosceles triangle there are 2 sides same so

let LC be 64 and in triangle property angle sum property. Lb + La +Lc = 180. angle sum property

64 + 2LB = 180
2LB = 116
LB = 58 as LA = to LB proved above

so LA = 58 and LB = 58 and LC = 64
