Ok first of all when you are on the stage just don't see the whole audiance just think about people who care about u no matter how it goes they will never critisise you and you have not to panic you can simply go and performe if it is a group performance your group will help you and if it is a solo were ever you forget what to do or speak just stop panic and say thankyou and get of the stage and believe when you come from stage it is one of the best fellings you will ever have
