in ∆ PQR,PQ =QR=5.4 cm and PR=4.3 cm.Construct ∆PQR and a circumcircle of it.

Draw a horizontal line  PA.   From P measure and locate R at 4.3 cm or draw an arc using protractor , with a radius 4.3 cm.

Now with P as the center draw an arc of radius 5.4 cm above PR.  Again with R as the center draw an arc of radius 5.4 cm to cut the above arc.  The point of intersection is Q.  Join  PQ and QR.

Draw perpendicular bisector of PQ and QR.  The point of their intersection is the circumcenter O.  Draw a circle with radius OP.

To draw perpendicular bisector to PQ, draw arcs of radius approx 3 PQ/4 or so, above and below PQ,  with P as a center and later with Q as a center.  Join the two points of intersection of the four arcs.
