In right angled triangle what is sin,cos,tan?

sin=opposite side/hypotenuse
cos=adjacent side/hypotenuse
tan=opposite side/adjacent side.....
actually these sin cos tan etc are angles ...which we can get by substituting the values in the above formulae...

In a right angle triangle
sin,cos, tan are the trigonometric functions
These functions are the ratio of two sides

sin @ is the ratio of perpendicular to the hypotenuse

cos @ is the ratio of base to the hypotenuse

tan @ is the ratio of perpendicular to the base

At specific angle the ratio in any triangle is constant
say @ = 30°
then
sin 30 = 1/2
cos 30 = √3/2
tan 30= 1/√3
------------------
cosec @, sec @ and cot @ are the reciprocals of sin @, cos@ and tan @ respectively.
