Pass percentage = 35% of X

Passing marks = 35X/100

Richa got 190 marks but failed by 20 marks

So to pass,

She required = 190+20 = 210

But passing marks = 35X/100

So,

35X/100 = 210

35X = 210 x 100

X = 210 x 100 / 35

X = 600 marks

Thus total marks are 600
