in some plants,where flowering occurs more than once,what would u call the interflowering period...Juvenile or mature??

We call it mature because the plant is reproductively mature . It is not maturing for the reproduction so as to call it Juvenile. we call it the interflowering period of the plant which is in the reproductive pahse.

The scenario is same. when we reach after puberty and reproductively mature and we dont produce offsprings unless after marriage. we dont call this phase juvenile or child. do we
