See in test tube A there is an oil film so there will be anaerobic respiration in the yeast as there is not contact of air with the solution.
Hence it wud do fermentation and produce ethanol with CO2.
In test tube B ..the solution is open so there will be aerobic respiration so the primary products will be CO2 and water.
