energy available for sheep=10/100*20000=2000J

Energy for man=10/100*2000=200J

parul7547: on most of the sites it is given 2J.......i am not able to understand why
paarth232: 2J is the answer
paarth232: Coz 1% energy is absorbed by plants
parul7547: ohk thanks
paarth232: No problem..

2J is your answer.

This is because 1% energy will be absorbed by plants. This makes 200J for Plants.

Then 10% of 200 is 20J which is available to sheep.

Finally, 10% of 20 is 2J...

So Man will get 2J energy.
