In the given figures below, find the angles of u, x, y and z? ​

z° = 90° ( vertically opposite angles)

CD is a straight line,

z° + u° + 50° = 180° (linear pair)

90°+u°+50°= 180

140 + u°= 180

u°= 40°

x° = 40° ( vertically opposite angle to u° )

again CD is a straight line,

y° + x° + 90°= 180 (linear pair)

y°+ 40° + 90° =180

y° + 130° =180

y°= 50.
