The post master is very busy and angry at that time... the Ali disturb him at that time...

no it is not because coachman Ali had bren a regular visitor there in the post office and always had a single question in his mouth which was whether tge letter from his daughter arrived there or not. That day also he had same question to the postmasterto which he replied in an agitated manner giving an inhuman reply.
